Is There a Connection Between Alkido and the Central Islamic State?

How connected, like, how connected our groups like alkido or ices and this region to the sort of central leadership based in the arab world? I can't really speak to that end till, i mean, there are people who who kind of monitor that more closely. The islamic state did include, um, references to local groups in its communications at times when it wasn't doing very well elsewhere. We see security forces going out and massacring members of certain communities instead of focusing on uniting them against each other. It's not easier for those organizations; they need to get back into a position where they're winning hearts and minds rather than just fighting one another.
