There's inter sex, about one out of 55 hundred inhumans. If you are a body that produces large gamets, called eggs, or a female, that's it. You can go into your lab and count chromosomes until the cows come home. But to me, where the rubber meets the road is conflicting rights. The rubber hits the road, as i feel, female to day but you're trying to stop me from bing being female. Oh my gosh, it means you're not really in a free country.

Asteroid 13123 Tyson is named in his honor. He lives in New York City.
