How do you build out a network into an area that isn't originally maybe a, you know, you acground? I think advisers can make a huge difference. You've really got to make sure that these are people that have a really high bias to action and a high tolerance for risk. It's usually point 25 % of equity, which is not as much as getting another v c on to your cap table.
