Are There Any Mistakes to Make When Learning Base and Statistics?

I know that it took me a long time to understand the difference between posterior samples and persepredictive samples, related to what we just talked about. The idea that a larger sample size will bring your standard error down for estimating the mean, but there's still residual uncertainty because the mean is the mean and you've got standard deviation. I wouldn't say that's a good mistake to make, though. It's something you need to tease apart, for sure. And also trying to come up with my own posterior predictive samples instead of using PM dot sample, persep Predictors.
