The Virtue of Courage
Some people will characterize Christianity as a religious victimization. How is it that we chart a course through an excessive concern for the vindication of our rights on the one hand and then a kind of doormat theology whereby we become the punching bag of anyone who would aggress? So how does this vision of belligerence take root in our own virtuous lives? Sure, maybe I can just say something about the virtue of courage here as well.
