The key to everything is just movement, you got to move a lot. You should only be sitting for like 30 minutes at a time and walking every four hours. If you're standing all days, it's the same thing because naturally when you stand you're going to start a being immobile in some way or another. The ideal ratio would be give every hour sitting you do like one, one to three hours of standing. So maybe sit for 30 minutes, then move to a standing position which is essentially half your day.
