I'm an Expert in Research, but Not in Everything
When someone feels like they're such an expert that they roll their eyes at every new idea, what does one do with them? Well, i have found that if you can persuade that person to go with you to interview someone who is a different type of a stakeholder, even in the eco system that they are very familiar with, that can be surprisingly eye opening. That's a really fun example. There's some dialogue in the book about limiting beliefs and mind sets that are fixed. Just sharing those different ideas and testing them with people who might actually be the end users of those it breaks that stal mate. It introduces new data, and it helps everybody orient again, towards those underlying human
