Is Parental Leave Eligible for Super?

The recent discussion about whether to include super on parental leave payments is a no brainer. I don't understand why parental leave payments are not eligible for super adiuation. By age 60 if you're male you should have $550,000 and by age 60 ifYou're female you should try and have at least 380 to $400,000 that should be the bare minimum. For prodigious wealth accumulators I think we can aim for something triple that.
