There is hope in what we're seeing right? And there is also concern in the way that certain s are escalating. There's been organizing for a green new deal now for over a year, and there's been pushing for more significant social changes. One of the things i think it is really exciting to come out of this moment is that, a, we do start to think really clearly about what kind of work he's important and what type of work is not important.

Paris Marx is joined by Lizzie O’Shea to discuss how learning about history can empower us to imagine more radical futures, how COVID-19 could create the opportunity to demand a better world, and how the praise for essential workers could help us rethink our ideas about work and the economy.
