Free Speech Is Good, but Words Don't Mean Things

The Communist Party was the largest organized opposition to the B.U.F. Mosley and his fascist party backed hilt-to-hilt by their newspaper, The Daily Worker. This built and built until a planned rally on June 7, 1934 in Olympia where 30 people were removed from the crowd for disrupting free speech. Three weeks after the Olympia rally was the night of long knives, where Hitler's Nazi party consolidated power by murdering at least 85 political rivals.
