The Debt to Revenue Ratio
This is the accumulated debt over many different presidents um this is the revenue and this is the deficit that's like the one a few set of years where there's like a surplus right. This is due to bond issuance and also deficit spending you know where the deficit is greater than revenues but essentially what you're seeing is debt-to-revenue ratio.
