Is the Compensation Really That Good?

In 2018, there were roughly 4,000 Twitter employees. In 2021 or four years later, I guess there were 75,. so from 4,000 to 7,500. Now almost doubled the amount of money. The thing about the compensation that really gets me is that I would be willing to bet a substantial sum myself that you, the average viewer could do his job. It's all email pushing jobs. They're not actually fundamentally doing any real work.
