The Importance of a Pension Scheme
The main benefit of paying into a pension is you get tax relief. But what does that really mean? So that's source for employees under the net pay scheme. The opt out to have increased, which so it was sitting at around six and a half percent. It's now about 10% of people opting out. If at all possible, don't do that. Stay in the pension scheme. You'll be glad you did, even if it's painful now.
