What's the Speed of the US?
Manrvemian: It's been a whirlwind three weeks for anybody involved in international markets, or international trade. What was striking is not so much the speed of the us action, but the degree to which other countries joined into it. There hasn't been a case like this for a very large country in a long, long time. The only things i can compare it to are a couple of u.N security council sanctions and an ira sanctions.
