Reactive Frameworks

I'm curious to hear what you would like browsers to implement in order to make these reactive experience really sing inside the browser. I've had a lot of hard time with agnostic solutions historically, and especially standards based stuff like when web components came out. And those things could be maybe avoided if maybe less the browser, even the JavaScript spec had some more consideration for stuff like reactivity. We still see an impetus mismatch between the ever-growing ergonomics of front of player developers with Vercel, Netlify,. but most of the data infrastructure is still very much towards developing software.
