How to Learn a Language on the Internet
You can get very, very cheap language lessons on the internet. For $5 an hour, you can get somebody one on one teaching you or speaking to you only in that language. I've used this approach for anything from Japanese to katua, the Inca language, even American sign language. A course is essentially just a list of differences between English and that language.
