The New Field of Tipping

Unions are trying to use their bargaining power to force all employees who are members of the union to ask for tips. The team at Apple's genius bar hands you your phone back within hours with a hefty bill. And then they ask you, would you like to add a tip? So now we're expected to tip the technicians which work on our technical devices.
