How to Get the Most Out of Your Med Balls

No matter what at your age post 35 all the mobility work you do is always valuable. For speed yeah you can you can fight the demon of speed back but in a short field of game like dodge ball keeping your glute strong getting really strong and the glutes might help. A hip thrust squat the whole squat family prowlers probably dragging sludge too. There's some dead lifts that seem to really help some people get really strong and oddly I think this is just the way we're built. Like for me I got a lot out of the Romanian deadlift but and I think I coach it well but some people just don't get the feeling I do.
