I the justices write the opinions for they have the clerks write them, or is combination that doesn't really work? Depends on how much the justice wants to take of what the clerk will do. Do you ever have a clerk and you say, ups, i made a mistake this first that doesn't happen? Well, probably in 28 or 28 years, it's probably not going o happen again. I mean, i we'll hope.
