i think where people that come from boot camps, like and and lott is, that they bring a like doman experts, or people escuse that people from traditional competer science background don't have. So vi te te de pointed alot of han managers bis that that person is not going to be any value in the traditional way. There woldn't be any valuen te other way. And i would say itis a lot of indication that's needed with those i managers that.
