I feel like my quality of life changed for the better when I really started making an effort to get outside every day. There still is Instinct that has been ingrained in me to be like oh a 10 minute walk not good enough or Dot dot dot and there are tiers of value we Prescribed to different kinds of movement. One thing that really helped me as I was like breaking up with diet culture and trying to repair that relationship with exercise It's like this idea of like joy movement for joy and what feels good And and trying to listen to our bodies is hard but over time we can get back to that place of like what does my body actually desire today?
