Dubrovnik

The airport for Dubrovnik isn't in Dubrovnik. It's a third of the way along towards Montenegro. The people at Herzeg Novi go to Dubrovnik to catch flights because the other alternative is to drive to Padgarica and then catch a flight from there to Vienna or wherever. Even though they're not part of the EU, Montenegro just unilaterally adopted the euro. So they use the euro and Croatia doesn't.
