The Importance of Charisma in Teaching

Good teachers benefit students for at least three years after they stop teaching them good teachers make the teachers who teach their students in the future appear to be better than they really are. It's interesting because sometimes as a teacher you can inherit children's multiple classes into my faculty and it was easier to teach some of the children because they'd had not necessarily a measurable one but a more effective experience with that curriculum. Dylan: We're all taking the credit for the people who taught the students before. How do we know teachers can get better? I don't care what measures we use, I'm just interested in helping teachers do whatever they've chosen they want to do  a bit more effectively.
