Republicans likely will take control of the House and maybe the Senate in 2022, says Julian Zelizer. He asks: Will a GOP majority have the power to interfere with DOJ's ongoing investigations? If so, how might congressional efforts to derail the Justice Department play out? Zelizer: Impeachment is all bar no bite; you can't simply stop a case in its tracks.
