Is the Property Cycle Going to Work?
The property cycle is really interesting, but how useful is it? The whole point of it is to give you confidence in what's happening now. But I probably know like two or three people who are actually planning to do anything with this information. So maybe unless you do have complete conviction, which very few people do, it's not something you should really be worrying about that much.
