The Importance of Self Advocacy

Self advocacy is the combination of self awareness, knowing yourself and what you want and need. One of the things I have found to be most helpful is those, the inner dialogue that's telling you that you're doing it wrong, say that loud. If you're working with a decent therapist or that's like, that gives them so much to work with. It might be the last, the last therapist that I was working with, one of the things she would say probably at every session was, all right.
