The Margot Affair
One of the things that I love so much about the Margot Affair is the way that this protagonist is a secret. She's sort of the center hub of this smoking wheel of secrets, and she's on all sides of it at all times. One of the questions I was asking myself is to what extent do we inherit our parents' traits? And you can see her on the one hand wanting to tell her story and break that pattern.
