Are You Running After the Buses?

I'm seeing like 70 year old women, you know, using a cane and they're like running after the bus. Buses don't really wait for them. I can just picture the driver looking in his rear view mirror with a sneaky grin on his face. A cheeky kid is that kind of kid that misbehaves and maybe throws pieces of paper at his teacher's head when they're not looking. Kind of like the class clown? What's a class clown?
