The Importance of Sleeping Better

Theresa: Women who have a lot of weight to lose that actually doesn't happen when they're in a deficit there there it's sleeping all the issues seem to improve. She says women eat for the emotion lee or stress but I think a lot of the time it's that extreme with strict concern. Yeah program 20 weeks in she's lost 39 pounds 17.5 kilos eating 1900 calories a day and has built out her own meal plan. Theresa: If you are a woman that's listening to this it doesn't have to be misery. It doesn't and that's it's actually a cool process where you can feel better.
