Is There a Planet Around a Black Hole?
A team led by k ch wata of cago shema university in japan hypothesized that like exo planets could form from all that junk floating around. They did a bunch of math to calculate what the dust might look like around super massive black holes, and specifically low luminosity ones. So there might be lots of these things, yes, but we haven't observed any,. We don't know even vaguely how we would begin to observe them because they'd be so close to a black hole.
