Using Shapley in a Decision Tree?
Shapley is the state of the art for and the default for a lot of people. Lyme uses a different fundamental theory in predicting how it computes its feature impact to a model. As your data scales, it does not scale well. It's like an order of magnitude, more computationally intensive than Shap is.
