We're Not Denying the Capacity of Human Beings to Choose

We can't choose to generate electricity via nuclear reactions, via nuclear fish and power using uranium until we have an understanding of nuclear physics. So how is it that we are able to generate this choice and then choose it? Also not in the DNA. Free will is a label for our capacity to choose. It's we who choose. And it really is us who choose.
