So it's not just the strength that's going to go away. I really do believe it comes down to blood flow. There's more going on here than just gravity. And i predict you'll see changes inyour legs. Nw, it's not going to happen overnight,. But i believe that if you use a blood flow restriction on your lower legs, and you do it sensibly, don't just get rope or a belt and cinch them off - because that's stupid.
