The Supreme Court is hearing the case students for fair admissions versus Harvard and the University of North Carolina. MIT announced it was bringing back the requirement that students take the SAT or ACT exams in order to be considered for admission to MIT. Exam high schools like Stuyvesant in New York and Lowell in San Francisco are dropping their admissions exams. This too is affirmative action in action.
