The Institution of Marriage

There are some people who have suggested reforms to the institution of marriage. David Frum: If you held my feet to the fire and said, what would it take for me to agree to an institution of marriage that's not so horrible? He says he'd point to the concept of minimal marriage by feminist theorist Elizabeth Breake. Frum: The state has absolutely no business determining the sex or the number of partners one can have in a marriage.
