The Governor's Decision to Indict Donald Trump

They claim they couldn't have indicted him because he was outside of New York, but now they've indictment him when he's not in New York. So they made a foolish, foolish decision, which will cause the case to be thrown out on statute of limitations grounds. If the statute of limitations clauses are effectively nullified just because you wouldn't have to Donald Trump, there's going to be a slew of new cases brought.
