Phil: One common thing that we hear a lot in recent years when we're looking at new programmes is how the contracting method of nassa and commercial companies has changed. For commercial cargo, i would say almost all of or human a exploration contracting was based on cost plus contracts. To have the companies own these stems incentivis them to find other customers. In the case of space tourism, the only way you're going to sell those things is if they're cost effective.
