What's Driving the Compulsion?
In pornography or what not, there's a sense in which it creates a sense of safety in that moment. The way to break out of that might require lots of therapy and so on. It is thi sort of what is unconsciously, what's driving the compulsion. And when we we can see that dynamic and love the parts stuck in the dynamic, all e suan, the whole system goes, i don't want to do that.
