The Benefits of Training at a Slow Mellow Tempo

If you could go either 100% or 40% they're usually going 40%. As long as everybody agrees to go 40% it's still real jujitsu. It becomes not really real Jujitsu if I am able to get out of your attempt or whatever going 40% but I've got better timing will translate to doing that at a higher speed so there's all these great benefits to it because you can get so much more volume.
