Small detail, ultimately, does it really make a huge difference in that particular pet's treatment? Not really. T doesn't necessarily impact that particular interaction, but it adds value. So i think there are opportunities, a to have delight should it be our primary goal. But we don't have endless money or time or people. And if only, ri would be amazing.
