The shift between fasting and feeding is really one that promotes the maximum metabolic flexibility. And also, you know, if you're thinking about in very simple terms, i think when when i fast, which is what i try to do every day, for about 16 hours. But also, i exercisee while fasting. It's a time for your body, in some way, for all the digestive process, for your intestine,. All this to to rest and to shift to burning fat and orciton bodies. So i think these are the three, for me, the three elements of what i think we can do to day.
