Do You Have a File System for Your Workspace?

If you have important documents like birth certificates and parspos and stuff like that, have a dedicated place to put them so they don't get swept into that box. And this happened to a friend of mine. She threw out her birth certificate and passport. N it turns out, when you have no idea getting a replacement birth certificate and pasport is actually surprisingly hort well espatually. Do you have an appropriate filing system for your work space? Does your workspace need a filing system? Because, of course, i didn't really think of before the show, but i've just thought of now.
