DevOps Role Challenges

The DevOps role is something that comes like earlier in the life cycle. It starts with your source control, right? Like every team has to kind of make a decision on that. And then you're going to think about not just dependency management systems, but then the actual build pipelines and things like Jenkins,. CircleCI, what are the requirements there? So this is an interesting part because I think the DevOps team also most not just thinks about tooling, but they need to be kind of product managers in some sense.
