The Importance of UX in Business

There was a big overlap, of course, between the maturity and organization categories that I put on paper because both were so big. But what surprised me, it doesn't surprise me, but it's interesting to say that some of the responses are pointing to the fact that we want to get UX. Getting UX recognized as key to survival in our business. All right, key to survival. And by all means, not most UX professionals. There's a hell of a lot of people out there that have a different kind of challenge with communicating to owners or managers that this needs to be done.
