The Corridor Business Is Not Sexy, Exciting, and It's Not Going to Be as Exciting

I'm much more sceptical about what the under lying value proposition is here. It is a pretty traditional bricks and mortar space. So you have to pair the portfolio, cause the's some nonsensical stuff in there. The corps business doesn't feel like it's going to be as exciting as people ever perceived it to be. They desperately need an alternative source of funding. I mean, they are going to burn through three billion dollars in cash this year. And managing the transition from the heights they've been at down to the mundane level of those businesses was hard. But they have to do it, or they 're going to go to zero.
