Is the French Economy Taking Off on Its Own?

The French ecosystem has obviously had a massive uptick, hasn't it? The government has been stimulating it for quite a while. Why aren't they just sort of letting it take off on its own now? Is this a kind of France wants to be every other country in Europe thing? I think so. There's that belief that the government has a strong central role in the economy.
