The End of Suffering, More or Less?
i'm a hospital medicine doctor, so i take care of very sick, often older, patients in hospital. And what we often see is this thing called dilerium, where the waking state is perturbed by a waxing and waning of attention. This goes also with, i c u psychosis, which we saw rampant during covetThis idea that the waking state bleeds into a dream state, and it's dis fork. It's a nightmare, because again, there's no lucidity, and there's identification with form.
