meditation is a sort of ultimately sowere embracing a paradox. Some days you're just endlessly thinking about silly and stupid things. So we've just lowed to laid the foundation, to whatever extent's possible, let go of trying to control your mind. Then we'll add just a little bit more structure, right? Maybe give your mind something to do, or your attention something other than focusing on thoughts. And also, maybe something that's more concrete than listening into your breath.
