In US culture, we tend to think of sleep as wasted time. Anything in the list of good sleep hygiene people resist. For example, no caffeine after 2pm. Getting sun on your face I think is pretty easy. Why can't everybody go outside and get sunlight on your face? Dr Lang threw in a few other sleep hygiene things to consider if sleep is giving you a hard time.
