What Are the Chemicals Used in Cast Iron Cookware?

I usually just use stainless steel and a cast iron. I know, like non stick has a bunch of chemicals. But e can find pans that are not like, chemically involved roi harm you at all for non steck. i'll actually use the fat cap as a way to create the oil in the pan for that steak and keep it really beefy.
